Dubai Run was first held in 2019, Dubai Ride was added the following year, Dubai Stand Up Paddle in Hatta followed in 2023 and Dubai Yoga in 2024. The number of Fitness Hubs grew from 11 in 2019 to 30 in 2025.

Why it matters for Indian travellers

  • Short trips: with both main events on Sunday mornings, a long-weekend trip to Dubai from India can include Dubai Ride on 1 November or Dubai Run on 22 November.
  • For the travel trade: the November window suits corporate wellness groups, running clubs and family packages. Check the official site, dubaifitnesschallenge.com, for registration and participation rules before selling event-linked packages.
